Below are a list of my current classes plus a description at the bottom of the page so you can choose a yoga that suits you!

 

Mondays

Hatha Yoga at Treswell Village Hall 9.30am - 10.45am

Chair Yoga at Rampton Village Hall: 2pm - 3pm

 

Hatha Yoga at Treswell Village Hall: 6.30pm - 7.45pm

Tuesdays

Yoga Nature (Mix) Online 1.45pm - 3pm

Wednesdays

Restorative Yoga at Treswell Village Hall: 2pm - 3pm

Restorative Yoga is particuary suitable for people with ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, post COVID syndrome and other chronic health conditons that require a different and more sensitive approach to exercise

Chair yoga is a gentle yoga class tailored to students with limited mobility, or recovering from injury. The majority of the class is seated with optional standing with support yoga poses

The Gentle Yoga class is Hatha yoga based with elements of Tai chi suitable for those wishing to try a gentler pace of fitness that gives times to bring emphasis to the breath to lower stress levels and promote inner peace

Hatha Yoga is a union of mind body spirit through practice of asanas (yoga postures) pranayama (yoga breathing) and meditation/relaxation. Hatha yoga is suitable for all abilities

 

Yoga Flow is a dynamic form of yoga where movement is synchronized to the breath, yoga poses flow together to create a sequence. The continual movements, from one pose to another create a movement meditation that increases muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, whilst reducing levels of stress.

Cost: £7 per class payable in term blocks

(Chair Yoga is £6, drop in £7, Restorative yoga is part funded so is £5)

 

Due to the classes being very popular a drop in may not always be possible so please do get in touch to check before dropping in to see if there is space available in your choice of class.

 

Drop in price is £8

 

Workshops & retreats These take place throughout the year and are be detailed on the website.
